Although you can resolve all the PDF-related issues in QuickBooks by downloading and installing the QuickBooks Print & PDF Repair Tool, sometimes, it might not help to eliminate the error. Besides, I recently came across the same issue, and here’s how I fixed it- 

1. First of all, move on to the Windows ‘Start’ button, and then in the search bar, you are required to type ‘Print Management’.
2.After that, press the ‘Enter’ key and tap on the ‘Printmanagement’ program.
3. Further, you will see the Print Management window.
4. Select ‘Print Server’ and then hit your PC name.
5. In the next step, choose ‘Printers’ and permanently remove the Microsoft XPS Document Writer. To do that, right-click on it and then tap on the ‘Delete’ option.
