Can anyone tell me why my ‘QuickBooks Not Responding’ and how I can fix the problem?
There is a possibility that the QBWUSER.ini file has been damaged or corrupted. In such cases, you must rename the file in order to recover it. Follow the steps below to change the file name-
1. Open the QBWUSER.ini file folder.
2. Right-click on the file and select ‘Rename’.
3. Now, add the word ‘.OLD’ at the end of the file name.
4. Next, edit the name of the EntitlementDataStore.ecml file.
5. Finally, open the QuickBooks Desktop.
