You mainly receive the glitch when downloading any bank transaction. Check if there are any inactive accounts or not. So, go through the following steps to fix it-
1.Run your QuickBooks and then click on the ‘Lists’ section.
2.Under the menu, opt for the ‘Chart of Accounts’ option.
3.Now, choose ‘Show Inactive Accounts’ from the ‘Accounts’ drop-down arrow.
4.Further, check which account is inactive, then right-click on it.
5.Tap on the ‘Edit Account’ button and jump to the ‘Bank Feed Settings’ tab.
6.You must enable the ‘Deactivate all Online Services’ checkbox.
7. Now, to save the changes, tap on the ‘OK’ button.
8. Finally, re-open the QuickBooks Desktop.
Although this solution helped me to fix the QuickBooks error OL 301, if you continue to receive the issue, speak to one of the pro advisors by ringing the Toll-Free 1.855.738.2784
