QuickBooks Error H303 is not letting some of the users in the network access the company file. How can this be resolved?
QuickBooks Error H303 is a multi-user error that, once it occurs, restricts users from connecting to the company file, eventually leading to an inaccessible company file. When this happens, the first thing you need to check is the connectivity of your system that is affected by the error and the server system where the company file is saved. Next, you can run QuickBooks Database Server Manager to connect to the company file. Here is how it is done.
1.Open QuickBooks Database Server Manager on the server system and click the Browse option.
2.Locate the company file and select it.
3.Now open QuickBooks on the system where you were getting the error and retry to access the company file to check if the error is resolved.
If you still see QuickBooks Error H303 while accessing the company file, reach QuickBooks Desktop support for help at 1.855.738.2784
